General Rules

1. Rules can change! – Rules can and will change without notice, so it is always a good idea to come back and check!
2. Respect All Players – Treat everyone with kindness and respect. Harassment, discrimination, and hate speech will not be tolerated.
3. No Cheating or Exploits – Using hacks, x-ray, duping, or any unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.
4. Keep Chat Clean – Avoid excessive swearing, spamming, or inappropriate discussions.
5. No Griefing or Stealing – Do not destroy or steal other players’ builds, items, or land claims.
6. Follow Staff Instructions – Hypercraft staff members are here to help. Failure to comply with staff directions may result in consequences.
7. No Advertising or Self-Promotion – Do not advertise other servers, websites, or personal content unless approved by staff.
8. No Impersonation – Pretending to be another player, staff member, or YouTuber is not allowed.
9. Use Common Sense – If something seems wrong or unfair, it probably is. When in doubt, ask a staff member.
10. Staff Have the Final Say – Staff decisions are final in all matters. Arguing with staff may result in further punishment or action.
11. Alt Account Limits – A maximum of 3 accounts per IP is allowed, with only 2 online at the same time. Some ingame commands will be restricted.
12. Rule Applicability – These rules apply to all servers and services, including online, Discord, and in-game.
13. Administrators & Owners Have the Ultimate Final Say – Administrators and owners have the final authority in all matters related to the server.
14. No Selling In-Game Items for Real-World Money or Items – You cannot sell in-game items for real-world currency or goods, except through the Online Store.
15. No Attacks or DDoS – Any form of attacks, including DDoS, attempts to crash, or disrupt the server, will result in an immediate and permanent ban, as well as possible legal action.

Survival Rules

1. Griefing and Stealing – is only allowed from unclaimed homes and land. You cannot bypass land claims in any way. Griefing and stealing from claimed areas is strictly prohibited.
2. Land Claiming is Recommended – Use the claim system to protect your builds. Unclaimed land is at your own risk, but griefing is still punishable.
3. PvP is Enabled in the Wilderness and Arenas but Should Remain Fair – No spawn camping or excessive targeting of new players. TP-killing (tricking someone into teleporting and killing them unfairly) is not allowed.
4. No Trapping or Scamming – Setting traps to harm players or scamming others in trades is not allowed.
5. Farms and Mob Spawning Limits – Avoid excessive farms that cause lag. Staff may remove laggy builds at their discretion.
6. Respect the World – Avoid leaving floating trees, random pillars, or excessive destruction to keep the world looking nice for everyone. However, during wars or conflicts, destruction in unclaimed areas is allowed as long as it serves a strategic purpose and is not purely for ruining the landscape.
7. No AFK Farms or Exploits – Using AFK fishing farms, zero-tick farms, or other unintended game exploits is not allowed.
8. Do Not Build Too Close to Others Without Permission – Always give other players space to expand their builds.
9. Staff Have the Final Say – Staff decisions are final in all matters. Arguing with staff may result in further punishment or action.
10. AFK Mode – Players who have been idle for 5 minutes will enter AFK mode, and all mob spawning and XP gains will stop. If a player remains idle for an additional 5 minutes (10 minutes total), they will be kicked from the game. However, if there are fewer than 10 players online, the player will not be kicked, but spawning and XP gains will still be halted.

Skyblock Rules

1. No Island Griefing or Stealing – Do not destroy, modify, or steal from other players' islands without permission.
2. No AFK Farming or Auto-Grinding – AFK farms, auto-clickers, and any form of automated grinding are not allowed.
3. No Island Boosting – Players cannot create multiple islands just to farm resources or give an unfair advantage.
4. No Trading Between Alts – You cannot use alternate accounts to transfer items, money, or resources between islands.
5. Island Merging Limitations – Merging islands for the sole purpose of gaining unfair advantages is prohibited.
6. Respect Skyblock Economy – No exploiting shop prices, abusing sell/buy mechanics, or manipulating the economy unfairly.
7. Np TP Trapping – You can TP Trap on Wilderness but not on claimed land, or against any newbies.
8. No Excessive Lag Machines – Farms and generators must be optimized to avoid server lag. Staff may remove laggy builds at their discretion.
9. Island Build Limits – Do not build inappropriate structures, floating messes, or excessively large farms that cause performance issues.
10. Staff Have the Final Say – Staff decisions are final in all matters. Arguing with staff may result in further punishment or action.

Online Store Rules

1. Sales Are Non-Refundable – All purchases made via the online store are final and non-refundable.
2. Chargebacks Are Not Allowed – Persons who initiate a chargeback will be permanently IP banned from the server.
3. No Product Exchanges – Sales cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
4. Non Pay-to-Win – The store is designed to be "Non Pay-to-Win" and is set up primarily for the sale of cosmetic items only.
5. Profits Go Back Into the Server – All profits made from the online store are reinvested into new plugins, server hosting, and server maintenance. There are no personal gains from the store.
6. No Refunds in the Event of Server Closure – If the server is ever closed by Ker35, those who have made purchases will not be refunded, and purchases will not roll over to any future servers that are not hosted by Ker35.

Discord Rules

1. Use Common Sense – Be respectful and considerate of others. If you're unsure, ask staff for clarification.
2. No Swearing in Chat – Keep the language clean. Excessive swearing or inappropriate language is not allowed.
3. No Spamming – Avoid sending repetitive messages, flooding channels, or spamming emojis.
4. No Advertising – Advertising other servers or websites is not allowed unless it's in the #self-promotion channel.
5. No Scamming – Do not attempt to scam other members, whether through trades, messages, or offers.
6. No Phishing or Malicious Links – Do not share links that could harm others or compromise their security.
7. Follow Discord's Terms of Service – All members must adhere to Discord’s official Terms of Service.
8. Follow Discord's Community Guidelines – Respect Discord's Community Guidelines to maintain a friendly environment for all users.
9. Administrators and Leadership Have the Ultimate Final Say – Administrators and Leadership teams have the final say on all matters within the Discord server.
